To forward your extension follow the following steps:
- log into the end user online portal found Here (app.talknet.io).
- Click on the gear icon in the bottom left hand corner of the screen
- Click on "Call Routing"
- Set the value of "Primary" to "Forward"
- Enter the destination number in the input field adjancent to "Forward"
- Click "Update"
